Identical twin brothers Sergey and Ivan Berezutskiy performed as celebrity chefs in Estudio Millesime by American Express. For the second consecutive year, their Twins restaurant in Moscow has earned its position in the distinguished World’s 50 Best Restaurants, turning heads towards the smoky and exotic flavors of modern Russian cuisine.

Berezutskiy brothers Russian ingredients are combined with modern technique and creativity to produce seductive dishes such as venison and smoked king prawns on birch bark, and buckwheat porridge ice cream with porcini. Their menus offer an avant-garde vision of Russian gastronomy which has resulted in an international reputation of the brothers who have discovered new frontiers in the world of gourmet.

Estudio Millesime by American Express opened four years ago (January 2013) at the spectacular St Regis Hotel Mexico City (Reforma, 439). Internationally acclaimed chefs from around the world have participated in this club including Joan Roca, Martin Berasategui, Iñaki Aizpitarte, Dieter Koschina, and Heinz Reitbauer. In addition, esteemed Mexican chefs such as Jorge Vallejo, Martha Ortiz, and Guillermo G. Beristain frequently visit this exclusive club to enjoy a very unique gastronomic experience.

Estudio Millesime now plans to expand in nine cities including Santiago de Chile, Lima, Bogotá and Miami.
